Drawing on her experience across global markets, Felicity shares how a technical foundation and exposure to major market cycles have shaped her approach to working with institutional investors and building long-term relationships.

Before joining Franklin Templeton, Felicity was part of K2 Advisors, a global hedge fund platform, where she worked closely with institutional clients and developed expertise in alternative investments and portfolio construction. She began her career at Towers Watson in the UK, training as an actuary before moving into advisory roles during the GFC, supporting pension funds and corporates through complex investment and funding challenges.
